MUSKOKA CHAIRS by Richenda Ellis
New to the shop from the Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts is this lovely piece by Richenda Ellis. Nothing says summer like a Muskoka chair in cottage colours. Needle felted and hand embroidered the textile work is mounted on a wooden board and is ready to hang.
Richenda creates one-off pieces of artwork in several media. Her repertoire includes Pen and ink drawing with a humorous twist, shopping bags with personally stitched designs from her own artwork, cheerful needle-felted textile pictures, wire sculpture of animals, and greetings cards for all occasions.
