This is Chef Mark’s take on a traditional and classic shortbread cookie. Did he get it right – with less than half the sugar of Grandma’s shortbread all those years ago!
Yes, this is a diabetic-friendly, sweet shortbread that is elegant and perfect on the palette! The flavour profile is certainly traditional shortbread in nature. We use just a drop of natural vanilla extract in this flavour. Also nut free and a great snack for kids of all ages!
