Bread knives/ bread slicers, tp287
These bread slicers are designed to cut a uniform slice of bread, even warm bread from the oven. Using gentle pressure slice the bread the same thickness as the gap between the serrated blade and the handmade wooden handle. The blade never needs sharpening and it will stay sharp for many years. Simply wipe the blade with a damp cloth but be careful, it is very sharp! The blade is NOT stainless steel so be sure to dry it thoroughly. The knives are designed for making a cut up to 3/4 inches thick. You can cut thinner slices as well but if desired I can custom make your knife to slice a different thickness. Use the customization option or send me a message with your desired thickness. I can also custom make knives with different woods if I have them in stock.

I focus my woodturning to highlight the natural beauty of native and exotic woods. My turned objects are primarily one of a kind creations. Woods chosen are native or exotic woods with preference given to burled material, unique grain patterns and the natural designs caused by wood decay fungi, referred to as spalting. More recently, I have increased my use of epoxy resins, colour dyes, and have included charcuterie boards, small tables, benches and other furniture to my repertoire. I am a licensee of the Ontario Wood program and am largely self-taught but have attended various woodturning seminars in Canada and the U.S. My photography is focused on wildlife, our natural environment and abandoned places.
