Parking & Getting to City Park

There will be no parking inside City Park this year do to remedial structural work being done in the parking areas. There is street parking available around the park and a FREE Shuttle bus service running all weekend. You can also take public transit or ride your bike and use our free Bike Lock-Up Service. There is Accessible Parking ONLY available in a designated area in the park (see details below).


FREE Shuttle Pick-up & Drop-off Locations:

All COVID mandates have been dropped by the Province of Ontario.  There is hand sanitizer on the buses however masks are no longer required. Passengers are encouraged to wear a mask if they desire.

You can park in the Toys R Us parking lot or the Memorial Centre Parking Lot. Additional parking is available at the Memorial Centre Aquatic Park parking lot accessible from Alfred Street. 

Location 1) Toys R Us Parking Lot 1020 Midland Ave, Kingston, ON K7P 2X9.  

Look for the McCoy Bus Service Pick Up  Sign.

Location 2) Kingston Memorial Centre, 303 York St, Kingston, ON K7K 4M4.

Pick up is in front of the building on York Street

Location 3) City Park Kingston Pick up is at the West Street turn around (located on the east side of City Park)


Toys R Us Departures: 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30
pm, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm & 4:30 pm

Memorial Centre Departures: 9:45am, 10:45am, 11:45am,
12:45 pm, 1:45pm, 3:45pm & 4:45 pm

City Park departures: 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm,
3:00pm, 4:00pm & 5:30 pm

Accessible Parking

There are 12 accessible parking spots available within City Park at the West Street Entrance. Plus 6 designated street parking spots at 51 Bagot Street. Accessible Drop Off is located at the West Street Turn Around. Located on the east side of the park.
