The colours in this piece are rich and earthy with highlights of purple and amber. It is a wet felted piece using a crochet table runner. The textures combine with the wool for a beautiful vintage look. Originally I felted this as a repurposed table runner but it can easily be worn around the neck as a scarf. The wool I use is extra fine merino so it is soft and warm.
