Hand dyed, long, silk chiffon scarf with had printed motifs. Sometimes I paint the silk and sometimes I dye the whole thing and then print with a hand cut motif. This is a perfect three season accessory, decorating a shirt in Spring or Fall or in the neck of your coat on a chilly day...silk is very warm...and even over your shoulders on a cool Summer evening. 84"/213cms x 13"/33cms

Starting in 1982 with hand knits I moved to the knitting machine two years later and have designed and knit pullovers, jackets, cardigans, wraps, scarves, accessories and even a pair of pants and two wedding dresses.
I have been making my own buttons of polymer clay for 20 years along with sweater pins and sticks.
2011 found me finally learning to wet felt and have been making vests and jackets and sometimes accessories.
My passion for sewing clothing has me making my Kantha quilt jackets, quilts made from vintage saris stitch together in triple layers and many segments and colours. As with my felted garments each jacket is a one of a kind.
I also teach and demonstrate starting with machine knitting and also button making and the software I used for designing and making my knitting patterns.

As garment fitting is a personal thing I will work with my client and only refund if an adjustment cannot be made. Scarves and socks are not refundable.
